Simple actions to organize your daily routine

Do you feel like you could get so much more done in your day? But instead, you are just picking up around the house, getting interrupted, and taking a long time to finish a simple task? We combined a few tips that you can apply tonight and wake up to a better routine tomorrow!
1 - Each night, make a list of all things you want to do or accomplish the next day. Set priorities and be realistic with the time you actually have to do these things.
2 - Before getting ready for bed, make sure the kitchen is clean! When you wake up, you should be able to make a cup of tea or coffee in a clean and organized space. Cleaning the kitchen the night before will bring you much joy in the morning.
3 - At the end of the day, put away toys, blankets, and shoes that are hanging around the living room that create visual clutter. When you wake up in the morning, you can start your day with a blank canvas.
4 - To be productive the next day, you need a good night of sleep. So, take a hot shower, drink a chamomile tea, set your phone aside, and pick up a book.
Pro tip: set up some white noise or forest sounds when you are ready to go to bed.
